We accept exchanges and refunds (excluding shipping cost) on all our products.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
The product must be in perfect condition in the original packaging and with labels and original accessories. The product cannot be used, washed, or in poor condition. The products affected by waste, worn, washed, mistreated or received in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Zancanaro has THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN USED OR ARE DIRTY.
The items that do not meet the conditions above will be returned under the responsibility of the buyer.
Under garments and accessories can’t be changed.
Products with discounts cannot be changed or returned.
A maximum of two changes by order will be accepted.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO MAKE CHANGES OR REFUNDS?
All products received after the time allowed (more than 15 days) will be returned to the customer and the additional shipping fee will be charged.
Exchanges must be for a product of equal or greater value.
PROGRAMMING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you want to schedule an exchange or refund , you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a RETURN FORM you must fill out and we will provide all the details you need.
ZANCANARO is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a certified postal service to make your return and track your order.
ARE RETURNS ARE FREE?
The shipping cost on exchange or refund must be paid by the customer. If you have requested a change. We'll email you through PayPal requesting payment.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
The changes will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of shipment.
If you are making a return, we will refund your money through Paypal (the same method to pay for items). If you want the refund of your money made through other means, communicate it in the RETURN FORM and we will make every effort to refund the money with the requested method.
